What Do Enlarged And Sore Breasts After Medical Abortion Indicate?

Hello I'm having a problem, three weeks ago I had a medical abortion. I thought everything went well and I went back for my last check up and everything looked good but I woke up today my breast are large, sore, and sensitive! I decided to take a pregnancy test and it came out positive!!!! A very clear very blue line!!!! And to top things off I'm having sharp pains on my left side. Please help me
