What Do Excessive Thirst, Forgetfulness And Shaking Hands Suggest?

I have excess thirst and I am so forgetful so much my husband noticed. I have started dropping things do not give me a baby to hold. I also shake alot. Sometimes I can not get my food from plate to mouth These things have been going on for quite awhile.
