What Do Fever, Sore Body And Numb Fingertips Suggest?

i think i have a fever, i feel extremely body soreness and my finger tips tend to get numb if i don't move for a while
i feel the chills too
would like to what kind of a fever will have thenumbness,
so far i have had like three times my finger went numb, and i started moving around went away
