What Do Flesh Colored Bumps On Inner Thighs Indicate?

I noticed small pinpoint flesh colored bumps about a week ago on my inner thighs and buttocks, mostly where the skin creases. I am a young, active female. These bumps do not hurt or itch. But they sometimes become irritated with friction from clothes. I was recently tested negative for any stds. I have had psoriasis for 15 years, but it is presenting very differentlythan I have ever seen psoriasis.
