What Do Floating Black Circle In Vision Field With Ringing Ears Suggest?

I am taking tambacor 100mg twice a day for afib. I have been on it for about nine months. I notice a small black circle in my vision field. It floats around so I do not know which eye it is in. I have also notices a loud ringing in my ears. This is constant. I have also noticed that my hair has thinned considerably. I am73 years old and also take Coumadin lisinapril and Cardizem. Are these problems related to the tambacor. The cardiologist says there are no side effects.
