What Do Greasy Hair, Sore Itchy Spots On Hairline, Ears And Face Suggest?

Hi there, About 2 years ago I suddenly acquired greasy hair, which I have never had and then these really sore itchy spots appeared at the back of my hairline, back of ears and front of hairline. I sometimes get really sore spots on my face. I am now 37 and have never had acne in my life. The sports at the back of my neck are really sore and itchy. Can you give me any advice what this could be. It is driving me crazy. I do not have headlice.
