What Do Hard Lumps Between Inner Leg And Scrotum Suggest?

i have a hard lump in between my inner leg and scrotum, it dosent hurt unless you apply moderate force, and recently another lump a inch from the first one just came up, this started about 3 days ago. any help or advice on what to do will be highly appreciated thank you.
