What Do Headache, Blurry Vision With Frozen Eyes Post Brain Aneurism Suggest?

A friend has had a brain aneurism in 2012 that was coiled. Since then he has started to have a weird thing occur. He will get a headache, and blurred vision, then his eyes freeze wherever he is looking. He will then get a metallic taste in his mouth. When this happens his eyes basically are stuck for about 10 min. Any suggestions what this could be?
