What Do High Grade Chondral Defects Of Lateral And Medial Femoral Condoyle Mean?

Sir, my husband had an MRI that revealed high grade chondral defects of the posterior non weight bearing lateral femoral conoyle and posterior weight bearing medial femoral condoyle. Superficial chondral fissuring of the lateral patellar facet, intrasubstance mutinous degeneration of the ACL, and intrasubstance degeneration of the posterior horn of the medial meniscus with a 1.5 mm intrameniscal cyst of the posterior horn/body junction suggestive of a focal developing meniscal tear......Laymans terms please?
