What Do Insomnia, Fatigue And FSH 67 Post Tubal Ligation Suggest?

I missed my doctor s call yesterday and can see my results online and am curious as to what is going on with me. I am a 41yr old female who had a tubal ligation 12/14 and have not had mensus since; and am now having insomnia and severe fatigue. My FSH level is 67 & TSH 3rd gen. is 0.775. What would be the next step for my physician?
