What Do Inverted Nipple Indicate?

Hi,,my name is sarah,,i am 25 years old,i have a problem ,,one of my breast nipple is went inside and all the time skin remove from it,,prevented the growth off the nipple,it feel that i have no nipple on this side and skin comes off,,,on the other side i have a little nipple,,but same problem skin removes all the time and show no nipple,it is not like a normal nipple but when growth starts skins removed showing no nipples,,plz advise me what should i do should i apply some medication and how i should bring back my inside go nipple,,,thanks
