What Do Irritated, Linear Bumps At The Bottom Of Vaginal Opening Suggest?

I have noticed 3 linear bumps at the bottom of vaginal opening. They do not look like sores. They are flesh-colored. They only are only sensitive and irritated when touched often. I am sexually active but my partners have been tested and are clean. What could this be?
