What Do Large Bump On Penis Shaft And Painful Red Line From Foreskin To Penis Mean?

Hi there. About a week ago a slightly large bump appeared on my penis shaft. Was painful for about 2 days and then all disappeared. there is still a small bump there. It is just below (1.5 cm) away from the penis head. Should i be worried? Another problem was the other day i had noticed that there is a bright red line connecting my foreskin to the penis. It is quite painful. Should i be worried about anything? I am not sexually active and never have been. Thank you
