What Do Lightheadedness, Vomiting And Feeling Of Blocked Throat Mean?

good afternoon, I had a feeling of lightheaded,i vomit this morning and my back shoulder is aching. last night my left hand is aching also. I usually felt this w week before my period. Now I feel that I have a block in my throat? what is this? Please answer me. thanks
