What Do Liquid Discharge From Nose With Tiny White Pimples On Nose Suggest?

i get this water that comes out of my nose , at first I thought it was a cold sore on my nose, but now I have these tiny white pimples or what I think are pimples and get very sore, it can cause big pimples on my face that almost feel like a boil, it causes my body to go into thinking I have some virus and takes forever to get rid of. do you know what this could be?
