What Do Lumps On Head And Behind The Ear With Recurring Headache Suggest?

I have been having headaches for a little while now...I took my hair down today to see if it was coming from my hair being to tight an when I rubbed my head I came across a lump ony head behind my left ear. About an hour later two more lumps came up. What can it mean is it something I should worry about?
