What Do Minimal Apparent Opacities In Both Apices On My Chest X-ray Mean After Recent Chemo And Radiation For Endometrial Cancer?

Hello, I am 55 years old and have just finished my Chemo and Radiation treatments for Endometrial CA a few months ago. I had a chest xray recently and the results showed that I have minimal apparent opacities in both apices. What does it mean and what may have caused it? How do I treat it?
