What Do Missed Periods, Sore And Full Breasts With Increased Appetite Suggest?

haven't had a period since about November 17th or so and my nipples are sore, beast looks full, I've been eating a lot, I don't know if my sleeping has change, and I do look bloated and then at times I don't. my mom thinks my breast look big and like I gained a little weight.
