What Do Missed Periods With Pink Spotting While Being On Fitted Coil Mean?

Hi,

I have had my coil fitted for about one year now and have never had any issues with it as i had one fitted before i had my daughter, so knew it agreed with me. I have had periods as normal, last month i had my period and then 4-5 days after it finished i had period pains and still have then but no bleeding. I also have been feeling more tired and had extra discharge with on two seperate days had a very very faint pink colour to it and doesnt smell odd. As i would not be due for a few weeks i wondered what could be the issues
