What Do Muffled Hearing And Swelling Inside The Ear Suggest?

Hello one of my ears sounds like I can hear louder or muffled not sure, I was working with a impact gun on metal and metal and didn't have ear protection for a little then put them on for the rest of the day, and now the inside looks kinda swollen, I'm I ok?
