What Do My BP Levels And Pulse Rates Indicate?

My husbands Blood pressure is 95/64 & pulse 42. 98/54 puse 49 92/63pulse47. 100//54 pulse47 now he got dizzy at restaurant while sitting , he was at the hospital very dehydrated on Monday & low blood pressure there too they gave him 2 large bags of saline IV got his blood pressure up to 123/ ?? So they sent him home now he gets dizzy again so should I take him back to hospital ???
