What Do My Flow Cytometry Results Showing Few Unremarkable T-cell Populations, And A Mixed Inflammatory Or Atypical Cell Population Suggest?

Interpretation Flow cytometric analysis shows few immunophenotypically unremarkable T-cell population. B cells and plasma cells are too few to assess clonality. Correlation with morphology recommended. KX:mb 5/2/2025 Results-Comments CELL POPULATIONS: Granulocytes 51%, Monocytes 2%, Lymphocytes 22% LYMPHOID CELLS REPRESENT 22% OF TOTAL SAMPLE: CD19+ 3%, CD19+Kappa+ 62%, CD19+Lambda+ 1%, CD3+ 95%, CD4+ 55%, CD8+ 41% ANTIBODIES TESTED: CD19, KAPPA, LAMBDA , CD20, CD3, CD4, CD8, CD7, CD5, CD138, Cytoplasmic Kappa, Cytoplasmic Lambda Viability: No viability tube. Morphologic review of cytospin demonstrates mixed inflammatory cells and atypical cells. I have Smoldering MM, Lupus. Sjogren s and Raynaud s. I also have metastatic cancer with origin unknown. Do the results above confirm the MM is stable? My Kappa/Lambda ratio is still under 10....but HGB is down to 10.5. I will be getting chemo for the cancer shortly.
