What Do My Lab Test Reports Indicate?

Post heart catherization I was informed I have an artery 80% blocked and another 99% blocked. I am 66 with no symptoms. The heart cath was ordered after a neuclear stress test and EKG showed a blockage. I am seeking cleanout of arteries and stents or other. Are there drugs/compounds which would remove arterial plaque? If yes what are they and how are they administered?
