What does my Ultrasound result means? The uterus is anteverted with smooth contour and homogenous echopattern measuring 7.1 x 3.2 x 4.6 cm. The endometrium is hyperechoic measuring 1.2 cm. The subendometrial halo is intact. The right ovary measures 3.6 x 2.1 x 3.5 cm. The left ovary measures 3.3 x 1.9 x 3.3 cm. There is a minimal free fluid in the cul de sac. Thank ypu for the response!
