What Do Nodules In Chest On A CT Scan Report Indicate?

Hi I have had a number of tests with no answers. Most recent CT of chest showed multible nodules on the inner and outer lungs and heart. MRI of the left knee showed 7 mm cyst . I was infected with a tainted steroid injection in 2007 but no one caught the fugal infection for a year. I was treated for Bacterial infections that kept coming back. Could I still have a fungal infection? Lisa
