What Do On And Off Pain In Lower Abdomen And Testicles Suggest?

Hi, Iv been having pain in my lower abdomen (right side) and what feels like my right testicle now for about a week. If seen a doctor who checked a urine sample and said all was clear. He also examined me, testicles and stomach and asked me where it hurt. Following me telling him where it hurt he prescribed me antibiotics for 5 days. I'm in my 3rd day of antibiotics as well as taking iboproufen, however the pain is still coming or going. What do I do? Please help!
