What Do Painful Breasts And Abdomen With Missed Periods While On Loestrin Indicate?

Hi,I am currently taking Loestrin 24FE.I missed my period twice already.I have had unprotected sex,but I also have been stressing,alot. My breast have been hurting and itching.Sometimes I get a pain in the lower right section of my stomach.Help me out!
