What Do Painless Red Lumps In Vagina Indicate?

I have developed a few red painless lumps on the edges and inside of my vaginal lips similar to the spots i get on my face occasionally. They appear more raised when they are warmer. They are under the skin and only itch occasionally when one rubs against the other. I have had unprotected sex with my partner or 8 months but i have had no other symptoms or discharge etc. Everything is normal except these bumps
