What Do Pockets On Liver Indicate?

Recently my Grandma had a cat scan done of her abdomen. Their explanation was very vague as to the results. They said that there was no active chrones, but there appears to be pockets on her liver and slices on her kidneys.... I cannot find anything online to evaluate the results. Please help define this to me....
