What Do Pregnancy Symptoms With Negative Result In HPT Suggest?

I have just came off the pill, and had a period December 14th till the 18th, I believe my ovulation was around the 29th, over the laT couple of days I've had a bloating and cramps in my stomach more to the left side, when I first started feeling weird I was having the urg to be sick where my mouth was watering but I was just coughing and gagging, I took a pregnancy test yesterday and negative, my neeast arnt sore but my nipples are feeling rough if that makes sense, I've just started taking folic acid too. I had sex during what I'm sure was ovulation ..
My symptoms are cramps loss of appetite slight head ache and itching my cervix mucus was like a creamy texture and still is.. Could I be pregnant?
