What Do Prolonged Sore Throat With Coughing Up Blood Suggest?

I have severe sore throat and coughing up what looks like scabs and blood. I have had this for about 2 weeks and I also lost my voice 2 weeks ago. I went to doctor and have be on antiboitics one week. Coughing blood and sore throat worse still unable to speak.
