What Do Pulsing Feeling In Ears With History Of Tinnitus And Anurisym In Eye Suggest?

I have been experiencing a strange feeling in my head/ears. Occasionally I get a feeling of pulsing that I can hear in my ears. I have had tinnitus for years. I have taken my blood pressure, thinking it might be very high. It was 146/75. So I don t think that is it. I had an anurisym behind my right eye. It was taken care of in 2c006 at the Cleveland Clinic. It was taken care of by coiling. I am a little shy because of that. I am currently away from home for a few months. I feel fine in every other way. I have had this on occasion before but only for a day at a time. This is day 3. My gut tells me it is nothing, but, like I say, I m a little gun shy. The doctor I had just retired last year. I have seen my current doctor 3 times for checkups that have been fine . I have taken Effexor (37.5 mg). for years, but don t think I need it now. The doctor suggested I quit taking it, I waited to quit it until we got e in FL in the sun, I always get a little down in winter. Don t know if that has anyting to do with it, but thought you should know.
