What Do Recurred Swollen Nodes On Throat With CMV IGG Positive 1400 Mean?

hii dr , i ve been for 4 weeks till now have swollen lymphnodes on the right side of my neck after i discovered it cold symptoms have got my throat killed me w i had fever then i took an antibiotic and i recovered and the lymphnodes returned to the r normal size , but now back of my neck there s like 2 pea sized swollen nodes and my throat i think there s something wrong with it , its not sore throat its like the back muscles of my tongue hurts me , and i did blood tests and its showed that i have cmv igg positive 1400
