What Do Recurring Itchy Rashes On Back, Arms And Chest Mean?

I'm a young man aged 24 and i'm having problems with some rash and itching that comes with it. I have been to the doctors office twice and twice i have been prescribed some anti fungi cream and pills and also allergy pills but i do not have any allergy i know of.



It starts off as a small pimple then develops into a rash in a small circular shape. The skin also peels off.



Problem is when the cream is finished, say, after a month the rash immediately comes back . I have the rash on my back, arms, chest and once had it on my genetals. Please help as i'm at my wits end
