What Do Recurring Red, Bumpy, Hive Like Rashes On One Side Of Face Suggest?

hello.. i have been having very bad red bumpy almost hive like rash on one side of my face only for about 2 months..... some days it is real red and irritated and will have what looks like big welts or bits exspecally when im hot and or sweating...... i am not us ing any new face wash or loshions or detergent in fact i am only using a mild dove soap to wash entier face.....spoke to my local pharmacest and i have tryed anti ich cream something for ring worm and also clotrimazole cream.../ the rash is starting to now go on th other side of my face and down my neck.....plz help........thank u....Kelly/35yrs old/female....pretty healthy otherwise......
