What Do Recurring Watery Saliva, Painful Stomach And Hunger Pangs Suggest?

I get upset stomachs usually after dinner even if i've only ate a small portion. Sometimes I will wake up in the night with an upset stomach several hours after i've had anything to eat. I also on occasion experience excessive watery saliva that seems to upset my stomach after swallowing so much. When this happens I feel pain in my stomach that resemble hunger pains but I shouldn't be hungry. I have a good appetite and don't really miss meals. I am 130 pounds, 5'4" , 34 year old female. could this be just acid reflux that can be treated with over the counter antacids? Could it be more serious? I've had this problem for at least a year that occurs a couple times a week. This week I've had watery saliva and hunger feelings everyday.
