What Do Recurring Yeast Infections With Brownish Spot On Labia Minora Suggest?

I get yeast infections constantly.. I feel like something is definitely wrong. I have great hygiene shower every day keep things clean but they keep coming back..looks like I m getting another one and I just got over one a couple weeks back. What do I do? The doctors haven t helped me and don t sound like they know what s going on.. I also got tested for stds and came up negative but now I have a small brownish spot on my labia minora that I hadn t noticed before. I m worried something serious is going on.
