What Do Red And Itchy Rashes On Neck Indicate?

I currently have two rashes . One is tiny red bumps on both sides of neck (small bumps and itchy). Had for approx 3 months always present but itching flares up approx 5 times a day for about 20 min to 2 hours. Second rash started last week around sides of bra lines red raised bumps approx size of pencil erasers speed to abdomen and now is moving to upper thighs it is itchy as well. Bendryl does not relieve itching nor does cortisone cream. Not sure if it s important but I am a rn Ina nursing home
