What Do Red Lumps On Legs Indicate?

For About 3 weeks I have been having these red tender lumps on both of my legs they look like big bites I went to the doctor and got lab tests done, they tested me to see if it was Erythem nudosun and I got a call back saying it s not that It looks like erythemnudosun but it s not im not quite sure what it is or why I have it
