What Do Red Patches On Chest And Under Arms Indicate?

Hey i am getting red patches on my equally both side of lateral chest, its not on exactly on chest or under arms, just at the position where chest and back met, and its happening from 3 days, its itching also, three days before i feel very tierd and fevrish, is there any thing wrong with me?
