What Do Red Pimples On Vagina Indicate?

good day please advise me on what i could possibly use for red tiny pimples on my vagina, i shave often but this never happened before. i dont use soaps when washing the genitel area. they dont itch nor have contain pus. its about 3 or 4 little pimples in an area. what could i get at the pharmacy please? thank you
