What Do Red Spots On Hand Indicate?

Hello, i have four red spots on my hand. I dont know what is it, it s not itchy, and i have tried using some medicine, but it doesnt work. My friends said it s insect bite, but i was wondering why it still appears after quite long time (i have these spots when im 14 years old) now im 20 years old I just want to know what is it and will it be cured ?
