What Do Rolling Stomach, Gas And Dark Brown Stools Suggest?

For several months I have had to wear panyliners. My stomach rolls and I expel a lot of horrible gas. I have some meds on hand.. Nothing has helped with the dark brown show from my bowels. I know my life is very stressful.. My daughter recently has cervical neck fusion. We have been taking care of her 5 month old. Her 8 year daughter is at our home a lot.. There no problem.. Our 35 year old grandson lives with us.. My list could become way too long.. What I need to know is should I go back to my G.I doctor? What do you thing also?
