What Do Round Bumps On Arms And Stomach Indicate?

I get round bumps on my arms and on my stomach once I scratch these bumps they become deep deep sores and ithty too. they leave dark spots once they do heal up. which takes for ever weeks to heal often months. they are in a cluster on my stomach now. left arm places what is this I get this very often.
