What Do Round Red Spots On Shoulder Indicate?

I am 25 years old. 6'5 and 270 lbs. I have had small red circular spots on my shoulder for a few months. They have increased in number and size daily, no itch or swelling associated with this. Vitals normal, blood word clear. With a increased liver functioned that is controlled by weight. No medical history and no daily medications. These spots have now started to migrate to center chest and the left shoulder. Thoughts or suggestions? They get more red and seem to multiply after showering.
