What Do Scabs On The Scalp Indicate?

Hello. I have been having scabs appear on my scalp. I have noticed now that there is pressure where the scabs have appeared. It is really irritating and very itchy. I have now noticed another one appearing in the middle of my head. At the moment it feels soft. Haven t been the doctor yet as I am in the middle of changing. Any advice would be great. Thank you
