What Do Severe Abdominal Pain, Stomach Ulcer And Blood In Stools Post Gastric Bypass Suggest?

Thank you, first of all. I m 10 yrs out from gastric bypass and gallbladder removal. 2yrs sober from alcohol, and had pancreatitis 2yrs ago. I ve been seeing a dr since last week for severe abdominal pain, stomach ulcer and blood in my stool. Upon palpitation he found my liver to be extremely sore. I know blood tests and the ultrasound take time for results. I have an appt late tomorrow for more blood tests, urine test and a consult. My question is I m hurting very badly, cannot drive, and am used to the radiating back pain...but today I have a low grade fever and I m smelling ketones and have moderate/severe back pain in the kidney area. I m unsure if I should wait until tomorrow or go into the ER. I am uninsured and don t qualify for anything.
