What Do Severe Pain And Bleeding In Ear With Hearing Loss Suggest?

I went to an e.n.t to have my ear looked at due to hearing loss from direct contact from a volley ball that followed a concussion. The e.n.t then used a tool to clean out wax so he could see inside my ear. It was very painful and continued to hurt. I woke up this morning after my visit Yesterday and noticed blood on my pillow I have been in pain all day and felt very light headed. Is this common?
