What Do Severe Pain In Abdomen, Spotting And Bloating After Hysterectomy Mean?

I have been having severe abdominal pain for a few days, last night unbearable!! I started spotting and that stopped today but I had a partial (uterus and cervix removed) hysterectomy 2 1/2 years ago. I don t know where the blood would come from? I was sick with the flu (I m guessing?) about 5 or 6 weeks ago, fever, neausea, aches, etc...that lasted about 3 days. Then a few days later I woke up in the middle of the night with severe stomach pain, tried to use the bathroom and nothing...that went on for about 3 hours. The next day I had a bowel movement and it was black and tarry like. That lasted a few days then back to normal. But when I eat I feel like food doesn t go in my stomach, like it is between my stomach and skin? I hardly eat anything but am really bloated and feel over full most of the time. I was diagnosed with a cerebral aneurysm last January so I also suffer from vertigo and a constant headache. I have a Dr appt with my gynecologist on Friday but is there any advise you can give me? What tests should she run or what should I ask for? Thank you!
