What Do Small Bumps On Perineum Indicate?

Is it normal for the texture of the perineum to be somewhat rough & bumpy? I have had these 3-4 small bumps on my perineum, directly in the center right below the bottom of my vulva (at the 6 o'clock position). They are a hard texture, do not hurt or itch. Everything I read online says genital warts, and I do intend to make an appointment with my ob/gyn as soon as possible, but im just wondering if it is normal for the skin in that area to be bumpy.. are there any other things that could cause that that are NOT stds? I should also add that I had an episiotomy with both of my daughters, and a 4th degree tear with my first. I also have hemorrhoids & skin tags as well.. it just seems like that area has always been an issue for me ever since then.
